Overview
Luxe Amour Getaways sells digital planning subscriptions and higher-touch romantic travel planning support. Refunds are handled according to the type of purchase made, whether the purchase was processed through Paddle, and whether custom planning or third-party vendor work has already begun.
Digital Subscriptions Purchased Through Paddle
For subscriptions purchased through Paddle, we honor Paddle's buyer terms and provide a 14-day refund window from the date of the initial purchase or renewal, provided no custom concierge or advisor work tied to that purchase has already been fully delivered. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will review it promptly and process it in line with Paddle's refund requirements.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for unless a refund is also approved under the 14-day policy above.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
Advisor Calls and Concierge Planning
If a purchase includes advisory time, concierge planning, or custom coordination support, and that work has already been delivered in whole or in part, we may deduct the value of work already performed or decline a full refund where permitted by applicable law and Paddle's terms. If Luxe Amour is unable to deliver a purchased advisory session or planning support that has not yet been fulfilled, we may reschedule it or offer a partial or full refund as appropriate.
Third-Party Vendors and Travel Bookings
Luxe Amour Getaways may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, resorts, restaurants, activity operators, and transportation providers. Refunds for third-party services are subject to the policies of those individual vendors. Any deposits, booking fees, or payments made directly to third parties are governed by their own cancellation and refund terms.
Non-Refundable Situations
Outside the 14-day subscription refund window, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, partial use of a billing period, or dissatisfaction after substantial planning value, advisor time, or custom coordination work has already been delivered.

For billing questions or refund requests, please contact us here and include the email used for purchase, the date of the charge, and a short explanation of the issue. If your purchase was processed through Paddle, we may also direct you through the Paddle support path where appropriate. We will review each request promptly and in good faith.
